QI - Technical Data

The technical requirements include a minimum recommended configuration on that the QI system can be operated. A configuration that should be used in a real operation will be in course of the QI system implementation proposed so that it matches an appropriate load of the applications used by the end user.

Architecture

Multitier Client-Server - Database Server, Application Server, Internet Connector, Client.

Supported Database Servers

MSDE (Microsoft Database Engine) provided without consideration
MS SQL Server 2000 Standard

Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise

Simultaneously working users

In basic configuration, there is access for five simultaneously accessing users connected to the Application Server. The number of simultaneously connected users is not limited; it can be extended.

Cooperation with External Applications

Via OLE interface, e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD.

Data Exports

in HTML, DBF, TXT, RTF, XML format and to file for MS EXCEL.
