QI Offers Enhancements for Everyone

The DC Concept company is perceived as a traditional established exhibitor at the Invex fair, and this time, it will be the eighth consecutive year in a row that the company takes part in. Our trade-fair presentation will introduce the most interesting news in the development of QI the first elastic information system. These new autumn releases will be beneficial not only for end users who will certainly appreciate more comfortable working environment provided by the QI system but also for administrators, developers as well as for all members of our partner network.

Among a huge number of feature enhancements to individual applications that make work with the information system more efficient and convenient for users, and about which Invex visitors can learn more at our stand, we would like to highlight especially the following ones:

- The completely revised module for production planning

- Adjustments in claims

- A new application for creating and working with news

- A new form for all events

- A new feature for automatic re-creation of events on the basis of a process definition

- A new feature for assigning several tasks at once

The system also provides a rewritten function by which everyday users can export data from the QI system. At present, users can obtain substantially higher-quality outputs than before, and in addition, can choose from a number of different formats, e.g. pdf, html, xls, txt and more. The latest version enables you to send HTML attachments as part of the body of an e-mail message. The e-mail is then displayed to a recipient as an HTML-format message. This new enhancement of QI Mail Connector facilitates submitting regular e-news from your company web site to your customers or employees, and these can be sent immediately without any adjustments.

For developers, there are now available new features that allow them to create documentation and make notes about their analyses. And above all, they can leverage a variety of new macro-language functions to make their algorithms more efficient. These improvements lead to quicker development of the system, provide higher performance and reliability of applications being created.

The new version of the QI system gives businessmen the arguments in the form of QI Portal with the integrated QI E-shop tool, accompanied by the newly created Internet Connector. Furthermore, the information system has been modified so that the users feel more comfortable when working with different languages in QI.
